i have audio problems with video chat i have android
hey was wondering can we video chat from phone to computer? if someone on their laptop has a webcam?
I’ve got Fring on my Nokia E71 and it works like a charm, can do skype-skype video calls no problem via fring.
lame vid, nothing proven. Show the calls on speaker phone facing the camera if you want to show it’s working.
This app is amazing, i have friends that use skype and Gtalk and my parents use neither, so my $30 a year unlimted skype plan allows me to video chat, filetransfer, internet game with friends and i use my Droid on wifi to call anybody, anywhere… Im in Japan and talk to NJ phones like im in the same zip code– AWESOME, cant beat it… the video chatting with the droid is somewhat slow but that has a lot to do with the time of day, as the internet slows down at night (when i mostly call home)
@nimrodlevy There is video call available for android you just need to enable the option in the fring application.
@Luiseota I have an EVO. I’ve owned a computer since the 5th grade. I started programming in Pascal back in the 80′s. I’m, without question, computer literate. It took me 4 days to figure out that I needed to sign up for a Skype account in order to make the video conferencing work; and even then, I haven’t been able to test it because I don’t know anybody who uses Skype.
@capitalismforever It is so easy, you must have a video capable phone like the evo, if not it isn’t gonna work.
@capitalismforever please contact our support team, they will instruct you.
I can’t figure out how to do video conferencing using Fring. It sucks!!! Qik is so much easier.
@TrueVisionSouth Video calls in fring are not supported for these services.
how do you make a video call using fring to hotmail, aim, yahoo and all these other platforms that they say they support. this is bullshit. Fuk an EVO.
we want video call support for android
Do you plan to introduce video calling platform Android operating system?

woav
this is not working for motorola milestone, the european version of motorola droid, due to the android 2.0 system.
Good Lord no, nothing mobile companies offer as unlimited in the UK, and I suspect elsewhere, is unlimited.
I wrote to O2 and said, we both know you are lying through your teeth when you say “Unlimited” so now, before I sign on, please tell me the truth. They still haven’t replied and I went elsewhere.
so unlimited data is really not unlimited??
If you are in a starbucks with free wifi, great, but if you are using “unlimited” 3g roaming, I suggest you check and see exactly how unlimited your unlimited really is. Skype, for instance uses a hell of a lot of data in a single call. It has a use and is a great app, but beware of 3g data costs once you reach your limit.
They will fix that too very soon…
great
@annons123 but u cannot use VoIP over WIFI
