I am using a free app from the iTunes App Store called Fring. This allows us to VoIP phone calls. Here is how to do it: 1) Download Fring from the iTunes App Store. 2) Sync your device? T. 3) Go to voipstunt.com and click on the Download tab. Then click “Download voip stunt.” 4) Wait for download and subsequently? End to the setup voipstunt desktop icon. 5) Click Download the program 6) Click on the new Voip Stunt desktop icon, click on new user, and f? Fill in all the required information. 7) with the fring app on your device? T Go. 
Click on Add ons 9) Click SIP from the list 10) Now click on the button Voip Stunt 11) Enter the log on info in. (You use the same information you used when you Voip Stunt installed on your computer 12) Log in (If successful, you should use a H? kchen in the N? height of the SIP icon.) 13) Hit dialer 14) Now enter a phone number. Be careful if you live in the U.S., you are one, and then the area code before the actual #. ** This only works if you have an iPhone or iPod Touch 2G ** Also, I recommend buying Skype Out w? Rde. Ok, here is my question …. i’v tried tons of different programs call f? r my touch 2g …. and they all do the same thing: I try to call someone and with the program and I dont get the ring tone …. and when I call my house phone, it does ring either …. you need to get the Headphones? plugged rer?
