You can actually make calls with the iPod touch, if you go the website, then you can buy a headset for the iPod touch for about $ 5. for the record, I have an iPod touch, I have the HTC Hero and I have on it and it works awesome, I went to their website and saw that you can do it with the ipod touch, I hope this helps
