VoiceServe Announces Vippie for BlackBerry – Mobile Enterprise

Vippie for Blackberry is soon to be released by VoiceServe Inc. The SIP softphone product will allow Blackberry users to be able to dial and receive telephone calls over the popular data connections such as Edge, 3G and Wi-Fi networks. The long awaited solution has been built and designed to operate over VoiceServe’s own VoIPSwitch platform, with the added benefit of being cross compatible with other platforms that run the SIP protocol.

Michael Bibelman the CEO at VoiceServe was quoted as saying
“We are very proud to be one of the first [companies] to provide a VoIP solution for the blackberry,” ,he continued, “The BlackBerry SIP phone module completes VoipSwitch’s full range of modules… This latest development is a very exciting stage of the company’s growth.”
